Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome as long as they're sociable with other animals. The garden is fully enclosed for their safety. No extra fee.
How does payment work?
As private hosts we can't accept credit cards. Payment on arrival by bank transfer, French cheque, or cash. The €250 refundable security deposit is by cheque or cash, returned on departure after the apartment is checked.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights. We don't rent for shorter stays for practical reasons (preparation, cleaning, welcome).
Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am. We can be flexible based on availability — just ask.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, everything is included: bed linens, bath towels, pool towels. Beds made on arrival.
Is the pool open year-round?
The outdoor pool is open in high season, typically May to September depending on weather. Off-season it's closed but the garden remains accessible.
Are the sauna and jacuzzi included?
Sauna and jacuzzi access is on request. A small fee may apply to cover heating up. Massages also available on request.
Is the end-of-stay cleaning included?
No, the cleaning fee is separate: €150 for the Balcony Apartment, €100 for the Ground Floor Apartment. You can also clean yourself (equipment and products provided).
Is there parking?
Yes, free private enclosed parking on site.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and included in both apartments.
Can we cook at the rental?
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. On request we also offer breakfast and dinner service.
How far is the nearest train station?
Avignon TGV station is 30 minutes by car. Cavaillon TER station is 7 km. A taxi or car rental is needed to reach the rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 7 days: 50% retained. Less than 7 days: 100%. For force majeure we look at each case individually.
